The wood used on this table is burly brown maple with a very pronounced bark-on live-edge. The pedestal is a yellow birch stump/.root that has its roots splaying outward. This stump is very precisely cut so that the bottom of the pedestal completely contacts the floor and does not rock. The top is very level. The corners are beaver tailing (shop-made) yellow birch and the maple sides are mortised and tenoned in the corners. The drawer front is maple and the drawer sides are yellow birch and fully dove-tailed. The top is rich brown maple with a very distinct live edge. The drawer handle is yellow birch root. This table is 25 1/2" in height and the top is approximately 20 1/2" x 25" at the widest and longest points. This is a very unique and distinctively Adirondack piece of hybrid-rustic furniture. This table was built to match table ET-002.
